Our team will confirm eligibility (from the tracked requirements above) and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The Refund Guarantee applies to eligible new-customer purchases as set out in your signed order form. It does not apply to renewal terms or to any pro-rated portion of a term already delivered outside the 60-day window.
